Rhode island Mathematics teachers Association |
RIMTA's Elementary Math Leaders Group is a network of elementary mathematics leaders from throughout Rhode Island who share resources and collaborate to solve the problems being faced in mathematics instruction. Recently, the group developed materials to support individual teachers and professional development in Visual Models Across the Common Core in the hopes of pooling their efforts to create resources that could be used back in their own districts and beyond. Each resource looks a little different in order to meet a variety of needs. Please feel free to link to or adapt these resources to your own needs, but please reference RIMTA's Elementary Math Leaders Group www.rimta.net. Your questions or feedback are welcomed or let us know if you are interested in joining the group through gkilday@gmail.com
