  • Exhibit place includes 6-foot table and 2 chairs. The price includes electricity.

  • Presenters who use their presentations and/or activities as a means to advertise or promote a specific commercial product. The sessions of these presenters will be classified as sponsored sessions. These for-profit presentations must pay $300 upon notification of the acceptance of the session and prior to the program being published
Payment must accompany registration.
Online registrations must be paid by credit card at the time of registration.
