The Tiered Levels for Sponsors 

Gold Tier $5000 

• Logo on conference promotional materials (examples include emails, social media posts, logo in online platform, logo on website, closing letter)

• Logo on staff and volunteer shirts 

• Logo on all tables at breakfast (ex: tent cards)

• Promoted on one social media post 

• A dedicated presentation time in a sponsor presentation room 

• One page ad in newsletter distributed to attendees

• Vendor table included; if additional table(s) are desired, sponsor will pay $200 per table

• Breakfast/Lunch for 2 staff members included

Silver Tier - $2800 

• Logo on conference promotional materials (examples include emails, social media posts, logo in online platform, logo on website, closing letter)

• Logo on all tables at breakfast (ex: tent cards)

• A dedicated presentation time in a sponsor presentation room

• Half-page advertisement in newsletter distributed to attendees

• Vendor table included; if additional table(s) are desired, sponsor will pay $300 per table

• Breakfast/Lunch for 2 staff members included

Bronze Tier - $1500

• Name listed on conference promotional materials (examples include emails, social media posts, logo in online platform, logo on website, closing letter)

• Quarter-page advertisement in newsletter distributed to attendees

• Vendor table included; if additional table(s) are desired, sponsor will pay $400 per table

• Breakfast/Lunch for 2 staff members included

Vendor Tier $800

• One vendor table; if additional table(s) are desired, sponsor will pay $800 per table

• Breakfast/Lunch for 1 staff member included

Please know we are limited to a total of 8 maximum Gold and Silver Sponsors

Registration for Tiers must be completed at least two weeks before the conference

Vendor Cancellation Policy

In the event that the Exhibitor cancels participation in the Conference, Exhibitor shall promptly notify conference organizers in writing. Cancellations made by August 1, 2026, will receive a full refund; cancellations made by September 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.  No refund will be given for any cancellation made after September 1.  Upon cancellation, the exhibitor loses the right to use any complimentary or discounted exhibitor registration badges.
