ATMNE 2026 Fall Conference Registration

Registration

  • For all committee chairs and members of the 2026 ATMNE Conference Planning Committee.
  • Primary speakers at each session receive complimentary registration. Use the code provided to you by the Program Committee when registering. Secondary speakers must register as a general attendee and pay the conference participant registration fee.
  • Registration for full-time students (pre-service teachers) for both days of the conference. Retirees must be retired educators and at least 65 years of age. Students, please use your student email address when registering.
  • Registration for full-time students (pre-service teachers) if attending only on Thursday, Oct. 22. Retirees must be retired educators and at least 65 years of age. Students, please use your student email address when registering.
  • Registration for full-time students (pre-service teachers) if attending only on Friday, Oct. 23. Retirees must be retired educators and at least 65 years of age. Students, please use your student email address when registering.
  • Cost is $350 per person. Individuals must be
    from the same district.
    PO's must be postmarked by October 9 and
    mailed to Steve Levesque, c/o RIMTA,
    204 Pulaski Road, Harrisville, RI 02830.

  • Please register here if you are a full-time student who is scheduled to volunteer during the ATMNE Fall Conference. Registration code is required and should have been provided to you.

General Information

  • Early Bird registration closes September 5, 2026. After that date, conference registration rates will increase. 
  • By registering for this conference, participants grant ATMNE and its affiliates the right to use their likeness or voice in promotional materials.  Participants can opt out of this during registration.
  • Contact information of registrants, i.e. email address, telephone number is for the use of ATMNE and its affiliates only. It will not be shared with any other individuals/business entities.

Payment
  • Online - You may pay securely online via credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER). 

  • Purchase Order - Your institution, school, or district can issue a purchase order, payable to "RIMTA", to pay for the registration of one or more participants. Registrants must provide a PO number and be postmarked by October 9, 2026.  Purchase orders may also be emailed to treasurer@rimta.net.  Registrants’ names must appear on the PO. Upon finishing registration, you will be able to access an invoice to complete the PO.  

  • Personal Check - You may pay by personal check.  Personal checks must be received by October 9, 2026, payable to "RIMTA".

  • Please mail checks or PO's to Steve Levesque, RIMTA Treasurer, 204 Pulaski Road, Harrisville, RI 02830.  

  • The deadline for registrations is October 12, 2026.  Any registration completed after October 12 is subject to a $10 surcharge.

Cancellation

  • Paid registrants may cancel their registration for a full refund if done by October 12, 2026.  If cancelling, you MUST notify Steve Levesque at treasurer@rimta.net.
  • Registration may be transferred within the same institution (school district) for a nominal fee of $25.00 per registrant.
  • Registration payment is non-refundable after October 12, 2026
