General Information

• Please complete this registration form if you are a primary speaker for a sponsored session and your organization is NOT a Silver or Gold Tier Sponsor. 
• Registration covers one-day attendance for the primary speaker for the conference, only for the assigned day of the speaker's session, as well as breakfast and lunch for that day. 
• If a primary speaker for a sponsored session would like to attend the full conference, they are responsible for the one-day early bird conference registration fee of $215.
• Please complete the registration form and submit payment by June 30, 2026.

• Secondary speakers for all sessions must register using the standard "ATMNE 2026 Fall Conference Registration" form. 
  

Payment

• Online - You may pay securely online via credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER).  

• Personal Check - You may pay by personal check.  Personal checks must be received by July 10, 2026, payable to "RIMTA".

• Please mail checks to Steve Levesque, RIMTA Treasurer, 204 Pulaski Road, Harrisville, RI 02830.  

• The deadline for registrations is July 10, 2026.  

Cancellation

• Paid registrants may cancel additional day registrations for a full refund if done by October 12, 2026.  If cancelling, you MUST notify Steve Levesque at treasurer@rimta.net.  The $300 Sponsored Session fee is non-refundable.
• Registration payment is non-refundable after October 12, 2026.
